decent location, significant issues

My stay had some problems. i found the hot buffet food to be lukewarm, a significant disappointment. there was also a strange smell in the level 17 lobby. It was quite off-putting. the balcony door was poorly sealed, allowing a lot of noise from nearby rooftop air conditioning units to enter the room at all times. this made it hard to sleep.

The in-room dining was quite a letdown (Thai food tasted bland). The breakfast request I made, for it to be served in the room instead of at the buffet because my wife was not feeling well, got denied. I found that pretty annoying. The receptionist suggested I go to the buffet and bring her a food parcel, which I found ridiculous, considering she was unwell. The staff seemed to lack common sense in this situation.
