amazing hotel experience!

I loved the location. It's near a mall with a supermarket. It was really helpful since i had my baby with me. restaurants were also close by. Finding a dinner spot was super easy! the room was fantastic. The bed was one of the comfiest beds i've ever had in a hotel.

I was bummed i had to pay for the minibar. i think the minibar should be free. The room price is high anyway and i had to pay extra for it. i only used a drink and some nuts. I paid 65 aed, so unfortunate.

The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile. She provided excellent support when we asked for assistance. her professional attitude was appreciated! the staff was helpful and quick when we had questions.

the staff was attentive. even when i was leaving, the concierge called the taxi driver and explained how to get to the hotel. breakfast had delicious choices. the hotel location is on point, near the metro station and the marina mall. there are several restaurants within the neighborhood.

The bin in the bathroom had no bag inside. i had thrown away old mascara, only for it to be placed on the sink. It had the germs of everyone who used the bin without a bag. also, rubbish wasn't thrown away from bedroom, even though i left it aside.

the rooms include a work desk and a bluetooth speaker. the bathroom has its own speaker system. the space allows for comfortable relaxation, with a setup designed for both work and entertainment, that enhanced my experience.

My stay had some problems. i found the hot buffet food to be lukewarm, a significant disappointment. there was also a strange smell in the level 17 lobby. It was quite off-putting. the balcony door was poorly sealed, allowing a lot of noise from nearby rooftop air conditioning units to enter the room at all times. this made it hard to sleep.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noticed

The in-room dining was quite a letdown (Thai food tasted bland). The breakfast request I made, for it to be served in the room instead of at the buffet because my wife was not feeling well, got denied. I found that pretty annoying. The receptionist suggested I go to the buffet and bring her a food parcel, which I found ridiculous, considering she was unwell. The staff seemed to lack common sense in this situation.
